ROBBIE61987 - Did you ever hear of the DARK KNIGHT? Or the first Bale Batman movie? Or the first two Superman movies of the 1970's? And, of course, you forgot all about the Captain America bomb that had the Red Skull - one of the more famous comic book villains ever and created during World War II as a Nazi - was changed to a communist? And what about Marvel's Doctor Strange movie? Nick Fury? Howard the Duck? Granted, Marvel has some great stuff out lately, but try to be A LITTLE BIT fair. They've had more than their share of abominations - and I don't mean the Hulk villain! And, by the way, Watchmen was a DC mini series in the mid-80's.

They did a great job in the 70s with the first 2 Chris Reeve ...And the first Mike keaton batman, I even liked the recent batman flicks....ok catwomen was a bad movie thou looking at hale berry for 2 hours was not bad....I do hope they do a bette job on the likes of Green Lantern and Wonder Woman

i hate to say this munozfamily the movie is the green lantern not the green hornet so i hate to say it thier is no bruce in this nor a hornet but he will always be the man for bringing jet kun do to the state love you bruce

DC Comics characters do not work as movies. They look silly, stupid, and have no story at all to tell. MARVEL RULES.

Because of my close friendship with a former Green Lantern editor, I'm extremely familiar with Green Lantern, and particularly with the Hal Jordan character. We agree that Ryan Reynolds is a killah choice for Hal Jordan/Green Lantern.

I just hope that they pick the best actor for the role. The perfect Green Lantern will be Sam Witwer from Smallville. I know you must be thinking that I am crazy but just look at him. He has the face and build for the role. He is in about his late 20s or early 30s which makes him even more perfect for the part. He has acting experience so its not like another Brandon Routh incident will reoccur. If not him then I guess Chris Pine is the best rumored choice, but he is not a better one than Sam Witwer. If Pine was given the role he would be paid a ridiculous amount of money and everyone will view him as Captain Kirk, not Green Lantern. Pine also looks nothing like the Green Lantern⦠I have many more reasons why he should play the Green Lantern. I am so confident in this that I have even written a petition.
