Worst movie Ever! So glad I waited those 2 months to get this garbage for useless piece of trash. Maybe 3 min. of terror. No more. And, per usual, it was all shown on the tv review months ago. I do not consider myself a fool, though, because if I would have seen it in the theatre for a $25 date for 2, I May have been a good piece of goo to add to this junk. They needed a good wrist slicing in there, too. Leave this movie alone, and for Real, do Not follow up with even a $1 follow up version of this empty hole. Cathy

By far the worst movie out there!!! It started with people killing themselves for no apparent reason and ends by telling you how horrible you are for not taking care of the Earth and that plants are now making people kill themselves because of nuclear power plants. The horrible Hollywood shove-our-liberal-crap-ideas-down-your-throat ran rampant through this movie. Not this bad since "The Day After Tomorrow". The only thing more disturbing to me than the movie was the fact that when the lights came up there were parents in the movie with...hold on to your seats...5 YEAR OLDS!!! If that's what our country is coming to then maybe the plants should kill us. P.S. I think Al Gore was a major financial contributor...If you haven't guessed...DON'T SEE THIS MOVIE!!! M. Night Crapalot should not be allowed to EVER make another movie again!!!

Roger Ebert gave this movie 4 out of 5 stars. ????????????????????????????????? Roger, it's time to take your pill. This movie was bad for so many reasons, acting being the most obvious. The only reason Roger and so many Hollywood critics could have like this piece of toilet paper, is the liberal tree hugger message that repeatedly gets shoved in your face. For those lucky enough to have missed this flick (or should I say fleck) the basic plot is that Human Beings have pissed off nature (especially trees, shrubs, and bushes) to the point where they fight back with a silent odorless toxin they emit to kill us all. Since they can't actually kill us because they have no brains, hands, feet, mouths, spinal columns, eyes, ears, noses etc. they kill us by making us kill ourselves. Only liberals could appreciate such dribble. i went home and pissed on the tree in my front yard. Bring it on nature.

This was a great idea for a movie. The story was great the plot was great. The cinematography was great. THE ACTING WAS TERRIBLE! Mark Wahlberg gives one of the worst performances I have ever seen on film. His female co-star Zooey something or other was worse. Don't see this film at the theatre. Wait for PPV where the whole family can sit down for $1.99 and giggle at Marky Mark pretending to be science teacher. PS he never even graduated High School....and it shows.

AWFUL...Truly one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Bad acting, I mean really bad. The story was lame and only got worse with time.

This is the worst movie I have seen since The Wickerman! There is nothing more excruiating than having to sit in the theater through a terrible movie. The only good part was the crazy old lady towards the end.

Even though the first half was half way decent, the last half was so bad that I almost wanted to get up and leave. I would have left if I hadn't paid $10 a ticket to see this piece of garbage. It was just totally stupid. Too bad because it was a good idea, but not carried out. Save your money, don't even bother renting it. Bad Bad Bad.

Ths was by far the most ridiculously bad movie I have ever seen. First, the "happening" kept changing.....first it only happened in cities, then small towns, then on roads, in the wind, out of the wind, in a car, in the open air, in a group, not in a group! Does anyone ever find out why it never "happened" to Mark Wahlberg? He was in all these places and situations! And if this wasn't bad enough, the dialogue was weak and unrealisitic and people's reactions to this horrific tragedy was almost calm! Who would leave their only chld during a crisis to go after their wife, who is most likely dead anyway? And then just when you think you're going to die, you slowly and methodically walk to your true love! Why weren't they running to each other? Why in the middle of this scary scene in a house with a completely weird stranger, would a woman go across a field with a child to play in a spring house anyway! Who acts like this. It was just bad in so many ways. Don't see it...not even on video.
