The Incredible Hulk (2008) User Reviews

This movie achieves what the first Hulk movie did not, a fun experience. I came into this movie with low expectations and this movie exceeded all of them. These people that say it sucked horribly were looking for it to be something its not, and wasn't intended to be. In my experience, a sure fire recipe for a bad movie experience is to go into it expecting it to be great. I made that mistake many times in the past, and as recently as Indiana Jones 4, but if you go in, ready to be entertained and with a clear mind, then I think you will have a good time watching this movie.

Tiphane- You are as intelligent as your are short on words. Stop pretending your an actual film critic and go back to watching boring "chick flix." Hulk is a just a fun, action packed movie not "Chariots of Fire" or "Amadeus". All these Super-hero movies are escaping, popcorn chomping, eye-candy. Just have fun and enjoy the ride. Don't analyze it to death.

CGI could have been better. The HULK still looked like a rubber doll. However, the story rocked!

This movie was a joke. It is hard to believe that these producers learned nothing from the first one that bombed. The popular trend of bringing comic book heroes to the big screen demonstrates that audiences prefer "live" characterizations with real actors - not computer generated junk like this! The proof is in the puny 9 million it opened with...wake up Hollywood!

I enjoyed this movie quite a bit. Eward Norton gives this character credibility and sincerity. Tim Roth is always terrific as the villain and the supportive cast was great. It wasn't witty and quick like Iron Man but the drama of this approach helped the movie. Banner is torn with his affliction and you felt that. I loved the end cliffhanger. Ordinarily I hate sequels but I can't wait to see this one.
