I don't know what all the "Republican" fuss is about...we saw and enjoyed the movie. It was escapist and fun and, I felt, worth seeing.

As an Independent, Republicans, Democrats and various other parties make me sick. The real invader in this country is the illegal immigrant and no political party seems willing to tackle that issue. Recently, in Florida a legal American citizen was denied renewal of his lease (had it for 11 years) because he used English as his first language and the language of his shop. Get ready...sooner than you think the illegal spanish-speaking invader will be controlling your thoughts and and your country. Having stated the above, "The Invasion" is a poorly crafted film that was done much better in previous incarnations. Nicole Kidman has let a little too much botox invade her face...what a pity.

For all these "reviewers" who seem to think that Nicole Kidman is a republican: I'll let you in on a litle secret....She is an Australian Citizen and they do not have a "republican" party.The movie itself was fine. Not her greatest work, but certainly not as bad as some of the movies made by known democrats.

She is an actress. She should be proud to be a republican. Do your think it is so funny that beacuse this moivie is political, (totally sci-fi) anyone would bring up Nicoles POLITICAL VIEWS? SHE AN ACTRESS, AND DID NOT EVEN SUPPORT THE PREMIERE. Maybe from comments about her that are so personal...she is an actress, they act out people whom they are not. It's a day OF ENTERTAINMENT, ACTORS WORK SO HARD, DO WE NEED TO BRING IN POLITICS WHEN WE just want a nice afternoon escape? Let it be what it is, $7.00 worth of a bit of thrills and fun to watch.

When my popcorn was gone I had no reason to stay I thought the movie boring and I didn't care how the movie would end So I left

I love it... I was happy, Nicole carried the whole movie...I will recommend this movie to all my relatives and friends.

I thought it was a waste of time and money. The top of the screen seemed to always have a microphone showing. Whoever did the editing was asleep at the job. I was very disappointed. Oh, there was also a green line down the middle of the film, throughout the movie. It is a shame that two such talented people were involved in such a "horror"ible movie.

A total waste of my money and time. The only good thing was when Nicole got fixed up and looked good, but that part was over in a flash. The idea and story are totally insane.
