The Little Traitor

This movie really showcases Alfred Molina's talent. He's not stuck playing the usual comic relief or villain - he's a charming lead character. First time actor Ido Port is also pretty impressive as Proffy - a precocious young boy that finds a father figure in Molina's Sgt. Dunlop. It's a great coming of age story with a dazzling view of Israel.

I saw the Little Traitor at the Mariemont in Cinciinnati and thought it was just wonderful. The acting is very touching and the photography of israel is gorgeous. I really felt like I was in Israel in 1947. I'm recommending tit to my friends and their children.
