The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond

I got in on the last half hour of this movie the other day and was immediately drawn into the story. Ms. Howard is absolutely wonderful and Mr. Evans really got the southern accent down pat. One day I hope both lead actors get the credit they are due for the work that they do. I also think this one is really well acted, in fact the actors or way better than the storyline. Forgive me Tennessee

I really loved this movie. It was beautifully filmed -perfect locations-good acting -if I didn't know better, I would swear it was filmed in the 1940's. Reminded me a little of Gone with the Wind - but not so epic. Bryce seemed to be channeling Vivian Leigh/Scarlett O'Hara which wasn't annoying but actually worked here. I

im sorry but this had to be one of the worst movies ever made. i almost walked out several times. god awfull acting ..especialy by Bryce, who was about 200lbs at the time. and chris evens...good god what a waste of space. it was amg though his mother looked younger than him...go figure
