it scared me alot but i looked at it from a filmmakers perspective...well done film.

This miove looks cool!I want to see but when I showed my dad the summary,he says to watch it on DVD.Its Rated PG13 and i'm 13.I REALLY want to see it!it looks so cool!

I didn't go see this film mainly because it's billed as a "Horror"flick with a...Ahem!....PG-13 rating. Which means it's target audience if the 18 to 25 year old crowd. Hollywood doesn't seem to want to make horror films for adults anymore. Hey! We'll go,just make a scray one and we'll be there! Honest!

me and my friend went to go see that and we watch a ton of scary movies and The messenger was the most scaryiest that we have seen and while we were watching we looked around and ther was this big guy sitting right next to us and he was like a rock he didn't even flinch once during the move! and me and my friend was ducked down in our seat and pluging our ears and covering our eyes and where only 14!

I was very disappointed with this film. The idea behind it was a good one and they could have done so much more with it. It wasn't scary. It had a few jumpy parts but nothing spectactular. The ending was horrible and it hardly made any sense. It left you asking a lot of questions. If you're going to see it be prepared for the preteens that scream everytime the scene changes, but I recommmend waiting for the DVD or until its on HBO.
