I've liked all the Mummy movies and this was no different, not as good maybe but an enjoyable film none the less. There's only two sore points in the film with me. From the last movie, Alex grew way ... too fast. He should have been maybe 13 to 15 years old tops. Brendon Fraser has a long way to go before he needs a son as old as that one seemed. (at least 25) And Evie, too bad Rachel wasn't in this one. She is the charm of Mummy movies, how did Jonathan get a sister like that? Rachel weaves a spell that entrances from beginning to end. Her presence was truly missed. If they make another, Rachel better be in it. Full Review

Okay I thought this movie was going to be great like the rest. I mean the trailer looked good with Jet Li and stuff. So I bought it and I was very dissapointed The acting was bad, the corny jokes was... bad, the story was ok. And what happened to the awesome fight scenes?? They killed the emperor in 30 seconds. I thought they would of done some good stuff since Jet Li is in there. And Jet Li is an awesome actor I just feel bad for him that he had to be in such a bad movie. I mean the other 2 Mummy movies were super! I just don't know what happened to this one. And that son of his was annoying..with his cocky attitude. They should of had someone else. And then they replaced Evie?? They failed right there. NEVER replace one of the main characters like that. Then it just feels like your not watching the same movie. Full Review

I agree with the first poster, how could they not use Rachel Weisz? it was a distraction to see the other woman. And the guy wbo played the son was an ass, he was so annoying! He was trying too hard... to be like Rick, who is also an ass but he is a likeable ass, lol. Take away those two things and the movie was grand. I like the mummy movies so I cannot really give it a bad review except for those two point above. It was a great idea to take it to Asia and get a bit of that culture into the series. Full Review

I can't believe they cast someone else as Evie; I am never going to watch this movie, no matter how good the reviews are. Rachel Weisz will always be Evie. As far as I am concerned there is no third ... movie. Full Review
