I am a big fan of the first two movies.  However, I was a bit disappointed with this sequel.  There was some good action scenes.  The plot was good, although it started out somewhat slow.  The one thing that was missing, in my opinion, was the original Evelyn.  Love Maria Bello, she just didn't have the same chemistry with Brendan as Rachel did.  All in all, the movie didn't meet my expectations.

I LOVE THE MUMMY 1 AND 2 BUT THIS START JUST LIKE THE SECOND INDIAN JONES IN A NIGHT CLUB THIS NEW ACTRESS DID NOT PLAY THE PART AND THE STORY WAS TO SLOW AND NOT VERY SMART THE MOTHERS GIRL DIED AND THE DAD JUST GOT UP FROM THE DEAD AND DID NOT SEE HIS DOUGHTER OR THE LADY THAT LIVED 2000 YEARS WAITING FOR SO IT SUCKS

Okay I thought this movie was going to be great like the rest. I mean the trailer looked good with Jet Li and stuff. So I bought it and I was very dissapointed The acting was bad, the corny jokes was bad, the story was ok. And what happened to the awesome fight scenes?? They killed the emperor in 30 seconds. I thought they would of done some good stuff since Jet Li is in there. And Jet Li is an awesome actor I just feel bad for him that he had to be in such a bad movie. I mean the other 2 Mummy movies were super! I just don't know what happened to this one. And that son of his was annoying..with his cocky attitude. They should of had someone else. And then they replaced Evie?? They failed right there. NEVER replace one of the main characters like that. Then it just feels like your not watching the same movie.

the movie was alright, but it would have been good if they had the original Evie and found some way to bring Bey into the movie. The new Evie(wife) was so horrible she made me want kill myself everytime she was on screen. It would have been better if they made some excuse why Evie was missing instead of replacing her with an annoying person. oh JmsBsktbll is lying there was no nudity or language. I am still trying to decide if i want to complete my mummy collection when the DVD comes out, the new Evie was sooooo annoying.

This movie would stink if it was frozen in ice. So many flaws. Just a noisy, mixed up, poorly written and acted waste of time. Thank god I had a free ticket cuz I would have been PISSED had I paid real money. I'm mad that I wasted 2 hours of my life watching it.

The latest rendition of The Mummy is a wasteland. Wasted and almost unseen are the numerous talents of Brendan Fraser. Amist a plot that was genius until it became a horrible screenplay are lost the talents of Jet li, and his sister actresses in sword fighting glory. We barely see them and when we do they are not doing what they do best...fighting. There was so little happening initially that my movie partner fell asleep. For the first hour I was either bored still or angered at the very idea of Brendan's character and the silly "sitting at home" story line with a woman ( a lovely actress but no mate for Brendan and certainly no replacement for Rachel: an exceedingly poor casting choice) who looked much older than Brendan but then what the hey, his son looked like his close sibling. Bad casting was the mother witch who should have been young and beautiful enough to captivate the imagination of an emperor, his general,and the audience and after the poor actress was cast in this position she still was wasted. The only moments of fun were when the Yetis showed but alas their time was short and sweet. Bits of the old :mummies" dulled, what should have been the great battle and with one long wasted moan, I am sad to say, "mummy" will lay down for the last time and no magic talisman can resurrect what has been so very killed. I will miss you "Mummy" you were great fun. Bring us something new Brendan.

I liked it. Brendan was awesome as always. Maria wasn't good in it though.
