Most prisoners aren't lucky enough to have Russell Crowe break them out of prison (as he does for Elizabeth Banks in 'The Next Three Days.') Your average prison break takes long hours of plotting, digging of tunnels and careful collaboration to pull off....
We here at Moviefone love movies. And we love going to the movies, no matter how many times we get our feet stuck on the floor or the noisy kids behind us kick our chairs. Don't you? In honor of Moviefone's 20th birthday, we're paying tribute to the joy...
Opera in the movies is usually for lovers, moments of victory (like 'Nessun Dorma' in 'Bend it Like Beckham') and the occasional bright spot in an otherwise bleak life. But a taste for opera has also become a tried-and-true way to showcase that the...
It may have opened with less than half the gross of The Dark Knight, but Christopher Nolan's follow-up, Inception, is currently thought of as the better film. Maybe not with critics -- over at Rotten Tomatoes the Batman movie still has the better review...

Has to be one of the best movies, prison or not, ever done. Andy and Red's bond while in prison and the aftermath when they are released is a fantastic tribute to Steven King's excellent novel. Throug... hout the movie you keep wondering what will happen to Andy as he works for the warden and does taxes for the guards. He is so laid back while performing these mudane tasks the ending comes as a delight. Normally cheering for the underdog gets you a whole bunch of disappointment. In this cse you have to sit back in your chair and root aloud for the "Bad Guys". A great movie, worth the $1 to $5 you would have to spend these days to rent it. Full Review
