This was one of the best, most inspirational movies of the year. Jamie Foxx deserves an Oscar for his role as Ayers. The protrayal of mans humanity to man and the difficulty of accepting what one cannot change brought me to tears. Reinforces my belief that a passion for music can alter anyone's life

I had the pleasure of seeing this wonderful movie...Outstanding acting by two great artists...music is incredible....Seeing this movie is a must! It made me a believer in human kindness again.

I just want to say that Mrs. *** 50 abd the one below are both ridiculous. So what, Jamie Foxx makes a crack at Miley Cyrus, big f'n deal. Just see what happens when she's old enough to drink. How could anyone see Cyrus as being a role model for their children. Watch, in a couple of years, when the fame has gotten to her head (if it hasn't already) and when she discovers that she likes the effects of stimulants and alcohol while out dancing, and gets her first (first being the key word) DUI and possession charge. Ma'am, I don't think you'll want your young, innocent daughter confiding in Miley as a role model :) GOSH !! Get your head out of the bucket and stop thinking so much in the short term. She'll be the next Lohan. Cheers

im shaking my head at u morons boycotting this movie because jamie made a joke about miley. he didnt write this script, what is your child being subjected to? if you like the movie go see it and stop bickering like a baby. if you think jamie's personal opinion on a spoiled brat outweighs his acting abilities you should remove the stick from your rear, beat your high horse in the tail with it and ride off the side of a cliff.

I will not see this movie because of the statement made by Jamie Fox, unless he says he truely sorry to Miley and her family face to face. I would not want my minor child subject to this. I would hope Jamoe Fox would feel the same. Sorry but it was a joke is not good enough!

I was wondering what happened to this movie. It was supposed to be out in November and I heard it was going to be the big Oscar contender for Foxx and Downey. Apparently not if its been pushed back to April...so far.
