It was a huge let down. There were major actors in this movie. I felt like the movie was going nowhere fast. Good acting POOR directing.

Tracy Morgan gives an outstanding performance in this unsolved 1986 murder in Queensbridge NY projects. Although the plot and both Pacino and Liotta are predictable, there are other elements which allows the film to rise above predictable: the photography, the child actors, and even Katie Holmes.........the moments of depth of feeling transcend the flashback from 2002 make this worthwhile viewing.
