Despite all the nervous tension, the central drama is flawed - Jonathan isn't trying to find a killer. He is the killer. Something is lacking in the dramatic equation. show more

This heavy-handed muddle of a cop thriller is just impossibly bad. show more

Performances are strong across the board, and the movie offers a solid sense of place. But the mysteries, once explained, don't make a lot of sense. show more

Tracy Morgan was great in this movie but that wasn\'t enough to make me like it.

It was a huge let down. There were major actors in this movie. I felt like the movie was going nowhere fast. Good acting POOR directing.

Tracy Morgan gives an outstanding performance in this unsolved 1986 murder in Queensbridge NY projects. Although the plot and both Pacino and Liotta are predictable, there are other elements which allows the film to rise above predictable: the photography, the child actors, and even Katie Holmes.........the moments of depth of feeling transcend the flashback from 2002 make this worthwhile viewing.
