Very disappointed, this movie missed the mark by a long shot. Boring, bad acting and not funny. Fails at every attempt made. As a Frank Miller fan I was truly let down. Maybe he should stick to story telling but let a good director do the interpretation. This was a bomb that's not even worth to rent.

Well..heard all that is bad with it but nothing specific..just things like.."the worst movie ever"..walked out..save your money.I want my money back..but what is it in paticular youse guys didn't like. Then was there anything in it you did like..such as The End??

I can't stand the fact that you are all putting down the movie but not Samuel L. Jackson. He sucked just as badly as everyone else in this movie and I did not find him funny. Just because you guys like him doesn't mean that he was good in this piece of filth movie!

this is by far the most terrible movie that i have ever witnessed. the graphics were terrible in every asspect and veiw. all of the lines were extremely cheesey and the action apeared very fake. you could not find out what time period this movie was supposed to be placed in. overall, this is the worst peice of trash to ever been called a movie

My friend and I went to see it and we knew from the minute we walked in the theater it was going to be bad because we were the only ones in it. It was long and drawn out with really no point. I would not suggest even spending money to see it. It had nothing to keep you interested in it at all and I usually love those types of movies. WASTE OF TIME!

The Spirit was unbelievable long and boring. Do not waste your money on this movie, it was a waste. The only thing worth watching in this movie was Samuel L. Jackson. He was comical, other than that LAME

I really could have waited until this came out on DVD/Blu-ray. I was really disappointed. I have to say that the two reasons that I didn't walk out were due to the fact that a) I didn't drive to the theater and b) Samuel L. Jackson. He was so over the top that I wanted to see what he would be doing/wearing next. Full of bad writing and bad acting. It was meant to be campy but campy has continuity. I have never seen this many people walk out of a movie. They sacrificed a lot of story (for what purpose, I don't know). Wait until it comes out on DVD. Really. I wish I had.
