Ok, so it wasn't ratatouille, but it was an ejoyable film. I liked it. I never read the book, and only watched it because of Emma Watson voicing the princess, but I found myself liking it a lot. What a great movie! I went to see this on a "free movie" morning at the Regal Cinema, and I thought it was great! It was first class all of the way, and what a great story!

I didn't really see that many adult themes or undercurrents, but the movie overall wasn't that good. The illustrations were amazing but the plot and sideplots were convuluted. The BIGGEST issue we had was that one of the previews was too scarey for my 5 year old who has had trouble going to sleep since. The preview was for a nightmare before christmas-type movie. Certainly wasn't appropriate
