Tragic Indifference Synopsis & Summary

Scripted by Stephen Gerard and based on author Adam Penenberg's 2003 book of the same name, Tragic Indifference details the landmark court case that served to expose the Ford Motor Company's willful indifference to potentially fatal flaws in the design of their popular sport utility vehicles. When single Texas mother Donna Bailey nearly died after the SUV she was in flipped over, she was rendered paralyzed as a direct result of a flaw in Ford engineering.
