Great movie. This is what comedy is
i am a big tyler fan, but this movie did not cut it. it felt like they were reaching for jokes in this movie because of his notorious way of going off script. (check). it felt as though the film was rushed and pieced together. the earlier madea films were a bit more planned out, so some of the jokes were just off. The first madea movie was really good. Now he is chrning them out one after the other. Its a niche move (a big niche granted) Perry's biggest advantage is that there's nothing else to watch. There's nothing out there but a bunch of tired movies and sequels no one wants to watch.
Wow a lot of stars but a wasted opportunity to make this great. It looked like it was shot in 1-2 days with a lot of adlib. Now I do remember Tyler Perry saying he was also working on another movie at the sametime so I assume it had a lot to do with it. The movie he's working on is a action thriller. I seen the previews and it really looks good. Needsless to say this was a D movie to say the
