I think this was easily one of the best of Tyler Perry's movies. It was funny and touching and sad...great acting, but of course, Kathy Bates and Alfre Woodard STOLE the show. My boyfriend and I laughed and laughed--and I cried a time or two. Highly recommend.

I didn't care for the movie. For it to be enjoyable for me, it has to be realistic. So many of the scenes were exaggerated to elicit a manupulated emotion/response. How many women speak to their hustands like what was seen in the movie and when all the writing is on the wall about an affair, he responds so meekly? Can you go to the bank and be told of another account with the same last name and get the balance?????? Pieces weren't realistic. Allfred and Cathy were the best actors. Yes there was alot of backstabbing just like there is in real life but this depiction was not put together well.

People ask for more non-violent not too much sex films and Tyler deliveres that and People Still so quick to knock him down....this is a good quality movie...We are just too critical of a society and never pleased with anything....The movie was very entertaining and somewhat true of how our Capatialist society can be....stop hating and others think they can do better they then trying making a Movie or getting the money to make one/

I had a problem with the resturant counter scene with the wife getting beat by her husband in the presence of her mother, brother-in law and sister. That character (the wife) was developed so that we dislike her attitude, and the way she treated her husband but we can't began to applaud when a husband hits his wife out of anger, thats wife abuse and thats not acceptable. We have our youngmen watching and we can't lead then to think that there are times when its ok to hit your wife or any women. This is Tyler's second movie showing a wife getting a beat down. Thats not good!!

godsladyk clearly brought & watched a bootlegged copy if she viewed it while doing laundry. So participating in the sale of stolen goods is not enough but to give a negative review of a clearly excellant film speaks volumes here! Wow...The people that Prey!

This was an wonderful and entertaining movie. Yess a best for Perry.Had laughs, cries and a good story.
