Not a bad or a good movie. Wonderful supporting cast, made Tom Cruise look even more out of place. He was a poor choice for Stauffenberg which took so much away from what could have been a really good movie.

A B movie at best. Anyone with any knowledge of history knew the story line before they went to see it. Don`t waste your money on this one.

This was great! The level of detail was impressive for the exception of the accents. I am no fan of TC but I think it is his best acting movie. I am goign to do some more reaseach on this truly heroic feat. The German people should be proud of this movie and the resisitance

To all who post the movie wasn't about the jews or Nazis (CTK075), maybe you should have paid more attention to the movie. The whole premise was about that. Career German Oficers were appalled at what Hitler was doing. The whole point was to oust the Nazi party (hence the need to Kill Himmler) and there first order was to be to close the concentration camps. Cruise says as much when writing in his diary. Most Americans need to pick up a History book, as there grasp of important historical facts is worefully poor. Those who do not understand history are doomed to repeat it,

My husband and I saw this movie. After reading the Critical Reviews, we were ready to laugh our heads off, but we were completely surprised. I like the history portion of this movie. Once you get past the wrong accents however, the story is very good. It gave me a different prospective on this part of history. I wasn't aware of German soldiers actually trying to get rid of Hitler.

I am NO fan of Tom Cruise and NO fan of war movies in general. Having said that, I truely enjoyed this movie and it has inspired me to do research on the actual events.

Got to go see screening last night and was excited about seeing Tom as Stauffenberg. But he didn't live up to my expectations and plainly the whole movie sucked. Def. not worth the 12 bucks.

I saw it last night and was so disappointed. Very stupid Hollywood version of the very real plot to kill Hitler. The british should have made it as at least they would have used german accents. Cruise is a disgrace to international filmmaking!!!

some of you people need to open a HISTORY BOOK. But it needs to be one that states the truth and not some propaganda bs Anyways, Hitler exterminated about 12 million people and only 6 million of those were JEWS. This movie is not suppose to be about that anyway. It is a movie about Hitler's own soldiers who plot against him.
