I'm sure it's well done, but wouldn't it make more sense to make a movie that everyone doesn't already know the ENDING?!!! Isn't that what nobody wants to know before they get there? This was learned in History class and has been a documentary everywhere for years. What was the purpose then, except to get Tom Cruise his $20,000,000.00 per picture fee. Hey TOM, I don't go to movies that I already know what the ending is!!!

This movie was excelent. I found myself sitting on the edge of my seat the whole time. Tom was gooD, AND IT IS WORTH THE MONEY ANF TIME TO SEE.

This movie was great--loved it--the detail to that time and place was just on--if you love history--you will love this movie!!

We loved this movie. It is great history and captivating until the end. My son keeps telling me that it is still in his head even 11 hours after we watched it. Go see it!

This movie kept you interested in the 'how' because you already know the 'what' going into it. Not much more you can do with a historic story line. Did a good job of keeping it moving. The only brief battle scene was really good, I wish there would have been more. It was nice to watch a decent movie without any sex and over the top explicitives. Overall, it was good, not great.

I had read the criticisms of this movie and went anyway. I thought it was very well done, full of passion and suspense (even though any student of history knew how it ends), and very moving. It stunned me how quiet the audience became at the ending of the movie. I have to admit, although I knew the story, I found myself crying at the end. I would highly recommend this movie to anyone.

Are they kidding? "Least known episodes of WWII" ? maybe for these chumps who obviuosly don't know their history nor their movies..This episode has been told in quite a few movies. For example, if you watch "Night of the Generals" with Peter O'Toole..there it is...oh and if that isn't "Been there , done that" enough...why all the suspense...they planned it, did it and failed to kill him...Neener neener...

Fantastic movie . This is now one of my favorite Tom Cruise movies. Even though you know how it's going to end it has the right combination of history , suspense , and action. It was just great.

I really enjoyed Valkyrie. It was informative, exciting and fascinating. I think Tom Cruise did a great job bringing this powerful story to life. All the critics who are saying horrible things about the movie are a mess. Cruise was excellent and so was the rest of the cast! GO AND SEE IT, YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!
