I liked it. I'm 62 and female. Pretty scarry and good prediction of future if we don't clean up our act. Good for kids to see it, just like it was good 60's kids saw movies of nuclear destruction and radiation so we feared nuclear war.

I never really wanted to see this movie, but from the commercials it seemed like it was going to be as good a movie as Finding Nemo. How wrong was I! Wall-E was dark and depressing. I didn't find it funny in the least. From the trailers it looked like it was going to be a cute, kid comedy movie. No one in the theater was smiling or laughing. To be honest, I think little kids would get scared because its so dark. The movie is basically about the end of the world. And for God sakes, how many times did Wall-E play "Hello Dolly". Every 5 seconds he plays a tape recording of the same "Hello Dolly" scene. And all he says is Eva! Eva! Eva! Eva! in a high pitched whine. And all Eva said was Oh Wall-E! Oh Wall-E! like she was about to cry. Wall-E also gets hurt every 5 seconds. Come on. I hated this movie!

This movie was f***'in awesome!!! ^_^ i haven't seen a good childrens movie like this in a long time. I loved it <3. It demonstrates the problems we have today expoditing the importance to recycle and be green. It was cute. WALL.E + EVE <3

I can't help but think that the people who hated this movie are obese themselves, shop at Walmart, drive SUV's that get less than 20 MPG, don't recycle and, despite hating the movie, will buy the video game for their children because they don't want to take them to a park to play. The sad truth is this is what's happening to the world. If you say the captain was "Al Gore" you obviously didn't actually watch An Inconvenient Truth and pay attention to know that Al Gore didn't make up global warming, he's presenting facts and trying to save the earth. The captain simply learned about earth, which he had never seen and decided it is a wonderful place and that it deserved to be saved. This is THE BEST disney movie ever because it's a cold hard slap in the face of reality. We don't like to be told we're wrong, or have our flaws pointed out, and this movie did that. I loved it and want to see it again and again.

IT WAS A CUTE MOVIE, BUT NOT VERY GOOD FOR CHILDREN. THEY SHOW THE CHARACTERS PLAYING WITH A CIGARETTE LIGHTER SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE MOVIE. SO DOES THIS MEAN IT IS OK FOR OUR CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH LIGHTERS??? I AM A VERY UPSET MOM WHEN SEEING THIS MOVIE!!! IT WAS ALSO A LITTLE BIT BORING AND COULDN'T WAIT TIL IT ENDED.

Wall E had so many messages to all of the people on the Earth we may not perish due to garbage but we could perish if we don't get a handle on greenhouse effect and yes the Capt was Al Gore, no doubt about it. One of the best movies ever from Disney, not only will you laugh but you may shed a tear or two. This movie is not for those that sit and text message through the entire thing.
