This is the worst movie I have ever seen. If the creators of this abhorrent movie where trying to make the veiled suggestion of removing American soldiers as heroes and subject them to ridicule and loathing, they will find themselves sorely mistaken, because many Americanâs value their freedom and the people that are willing to fight for it. Respect, dignity and ethics are valued qualities; it is regrettable that there are movies such as this that try to diminish their value

watchmen was awesome i couldnt believe how cool it was i have 3 of the 6 watchmen in my collection ozymindais rocked out loud he is truly the king of kings

Watchmen is a great movie! Zack Snyder did a tremendous job. For the people who said it was too much this and too much that, they should of seen it was R rated. The story line and fight scenes were amazing. People have to really understand the movie to love the movie. People may not of admired it because of the slow start of the movie, but you cant expect too much from a movie thats first of its kind. Jackie Earle Haley did an outstanding job on Rorschach, which was my favorite Watchmen. The movie was very intelligently done and very unexpecting. I give it a 4.5 out of 5. I really hope you guys make a Watchmen 2!

This was the worst movie I've ever seen! Very slow moving and pointless. We walked out after almost 2 terrible hours! There was a ridiculous amount of gore and violence and lots of unnecassary porn. The other super hero movies ie. ( hulk,superman,x-men,batman,ironman etc.) were fantastic! This one was a DISGRACE TO SUPERHERO MOVIES and gives them a bad name. You will leave with nothing but a bad conscience and wasted money.

whoever complains that this movie is discusting and was so suprised of the "graphic violence and sex" should really pay attention to the R rating that goes with it. this isnt a mindless action movie it has mature themes and is tied in with world history in a type of alternate universe setting... again if you think this movie is bad because of graphic content go see a nice pleasant movie next door like last house on the left

One reason to see this movie again and I wish they would have shown more of him. Jeffrey Dean Morgan! He is hot! I love the beginning scene where he seems all out of it and you think he is going to be done so quick and then all of a sudden he just starts kicking ass (until of course he actually is done). From his downright sleaziness to his heartfelt moment of conscience, I enjoyed every scene with him. Jackie Earle Haley was excellent. I love the part when he's in prison and he says, "I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked in here with me! The storyline itself was okay. The movie overall was entertaining.

I bothered to register so I could warn people away from this movie. If you aren't familiar with Watchman go to Wired.com and download the graphic novel and read the six or so articles about it. I did and went to see it and was very disappointed. It is technically well-made and faithful to the novel's style but the story has two giant faults that render it boring. First, the character of Rorsach is so morally ambiguous that you can't root for him so you really don't have anyone to root for and you don't care what happens. The second is that one of the characters is omnipotent. How do you create drama when one of the characters has God-like powers? It tries to be deep and ends up being dreary instead. Unless you are a comic or graphic novel fanatic, run the other way! Rent V For Vendetta or Sin City instead. Both were great movies made from graphic novels. Niether one is intended for children and shouldn't be shared with them.
