The script doesn't do a great job with either the spiritual or the physical trek, but the spectacular action sequences occur with enough regularity that strong writing isn't necessary to keep Waterworld afloat. show more
I watch a movie for enjoyment not to tear it down. Therefore I like Waterworld as Hokey as it was it was entertaining. An action film without major machinme guns is nice. Yes I liked Waterworld and all the actors involved
