This is my favorite movie--for those who haven't seen this you are really missin' out!!! It's the story of Tina Turner's marriage to Ike Turner--though the lead actors (Angela Basset and Laurence Fishburne) look very little like Ike and Tina, the performances were perfect!!! This movie can have you crackin' up (sometimes intentionally, sometimes unintentionally)--it's a real human story about a woman who overcame a big obstacle. ***Many people might not feel the same, but I felt very sorry for Ike, him wanting to be a star and all, but he didn't know how to handle his ambitions properly and fell***
