Actor Tom Sizemore has been sentenced to 21 months in jail for violating a parole agreement. Sizemore - best known for his role as a beleaguered sergeant in Saving Private Ryan - was on probation after being convicted in 2003 of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend, Heidi Fleiss. Since then, he has failed seven drug tests and has failed to show up for more. The AP reported last month that Sizemore had been caught using a prosthetic penis filled with clean urine in an attempt to cheat a mandatory drug test. Sizemore seemed quite upset over the situation in court on Thursday, making a long, rambling speech that included statements like, "I'm not acting, I'm begging, I'm beseeching you. I can't imagine my future without performing." However, once out side the courtroom the actor, "gave a high five and directed an obscene gesture at the press." Sizemore will stay out of custody for the time being, as he waits for an appeal on another charge.
