kill_bill.jpgDavid M. Halbfinger outlines a few extra little details of Disney's settlement with Miramax in today's New York Times. 130 million of those little details we call "dollars" will go to The Brothers Weinstein as a parting gift; they'll add it to the pool they've hired Goldman Sachs to create to help fund their new company. The Weinsteins will also get to keep sole custody of a few high-profile projects: Sundance acquisition Wolf Creek; a four-hour, NC-17 version of Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill; a Tarantino-Robert Rodriguez possible-sequel-to-Sin City collaboration; Feast, the spawn of the third Project Greenlight series; and Kevin Smith's The Passion of the Clerks. Harvey has also added names to the list of the new venture's advisory board: Robert Redford, Paul Newman, and Cablevision's James Dolan.
