easyliving.jpgCinematical Hearts Film Forum. In another generous display of love for yours truly, tonight the Manhattan rep house launches The Early Sturges, a six-day series of double features, each film penned by the Sullivan's Travels director in the 1930s. Included in the series: Jean Arthur has no problem being mistaken for a millionairess in 1937's Easy Living; Sylvia Sidney has the enviable job of seducing Cary Grant in Thirty-Day Princess, and Fred MacMurray teams up with Double Indemnity co-star Barbara Stanwyck in the screwball Remember the Night. The series runs until April 6.
