aaSpader.jpgThe Guardian UK is reporting that Andrew McCarthy, Molly Ringwald and Jon Cryer are all attached to star in a sequel to Pretty in Pink, the John Hughes film that gave every blue-collar new-waver in America false hope of marrying into the country club set. They claim the film will be "a straight update, catching up on each character 20 years on. Assuming this is true and the story isn't a stagnant leftover from April Fools, I only have one question: is it too late for Spader to get involved?
