On the same day Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is to be released in regular theatres, it will show up on the IMAX big-screens, reports BBC News. This is the fourth Harry Potter film to be made of the ongoing book series, which is currently up to book number six. Also scheduled for synchronous IMAX release is the new Batman film, Batman Begins. These dual-screen releases are probably a smart move by industry types to reap the extra profits possible. After all, die hard fans will likely to catch the film twice: once for the standard cinema experience, and the other for that eight-stories high Oh My God adrenaline rush. Personally, I can't go to IMAX films because they make me dizzy, but hey, you can tell me all about it while I sip my cocktail and watch American Idol on a very tiny TV.
