When I'm not working on late breaking news at Cinematical Headquarters, I work at the city Aquarium. So when I learned The Emperor's Journey is coming to the United States this summer I was doing backflips (yes, with the penguins, at the aquarium). InsomniacMania has a first look at the poster for "March of the Penguins." Directed by Luc Jacquet, The Marche de l'empereur, La (english translation: The Emperor's Journey) premiered to much buzz at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival. I, like most of the people in Park City, found myself shut out of the screenings due to the overwelming buzz. The movie follows a couple of emperor penguins who journey across the Antarctic. The movie was picked up by Warner Independent Pictures and now sports a new name and narration by Morgan Freeman. So either check out the poster at InsomniacMania, the trailer and synopsis available at warnerbros.com, or see the movie when it hits limited release in the United States on June 24, 2005.
