When I heard about the many people doing fan films animated in ASCII I was just a little confused. ASCII, for those who don't know, are pictures animated with normal keyboard output letters and symbols. You know how you can draw a fish in an instant message? Imagine that but much bigger scale. Now take that technique, and use it to animate Star Wars: A New Hope. The whole movie. Do It. In the first day, you'll most likely learn that it's not worth the time involved. But, since someone decided to animate Star Wars and another decided to animate The Matrix, the least we should do is go to their websites to view a scene.
