  • A tortured artist has strange things happen to her at the same place and time every day in 2:22, a script by Todd Stein. The thriller was previously set up at Gold Circle in March 2004, but is now in development at Dreamworks.
  • Paramount Pictures bought the rights for Crawlspace, which will be adapted from Herbert Lieberman’s horror novel. The Grudge writer Stephen Susco will take on the story of a retired couple living in the country who ask a shy  young man who's repairing their heater to stay for dinner. Mysterious occurrences mount over the next few weeks, culminating with the discovery that the man has taken up residence in the basement crawlspace.
  • Nu Image/Millennium Films bought Sylvester Stallone's biopic script Poe which centers on the life of legendary 19th century American poet and short story writer Edgar Allan Poe. Stallone will also direct, and Robert Downey Jr. is in negotiations to star.
