  • Walt Disney Pictures plans to remake the 1987 hit film Adventures in Babysitting. A suburban high-school senior's dull night of babysitting is interrupted by a call for help from a friend. Hilary Galanoy and Elizabeth Hackett (who are not to be found on imdb) will adapt the script. My guess is the two writers have worked their way up from assistant roles in the Disney company, and this is their big chance. Anyone know any different?
  • Universal Pictures have bought the rights to Loose Lips, a story that follows a young New York woman who enlists in the CIA. The romantic-comedy will be written by XX/XY writer/director Austin Chick, and adapted from Claire Berlinski’s novel.
