Seven years have gone by since Terry Gilliam last released a film - and now, in just two weeks, he'll have two in the can. As he tells Empire in an exclusive interview, "Tideland is done. We finally finished that one, and we're actually finishing [The Brothers] Grimm right now – we're in the dubbing theatres. So by the end of another two weeks, I'm a free man!" The two projects are in similar veins: Tideland is an adaptation of the children's fantasy novel by Mitch Cullin whilst Brothers Grimm reconstructs an adventure story around the titular fairy tale legends. Gilliam also hints that there might be a future for his long-shelved Don Quixote film: "We've got 2000 pages of legal documents we're looking through – it's good fun!"
