I visit the book store a lot, and I must have walked past Steve Martin's novella Shopgirl at least a dozen times. I've picked it up, flipped through the pages, and have put it down at least twice. The old saying goes 'Don't judge a book by the cover', but it's easier said than done. Now the movie based on the book is coming to the big screen, and the first trailer has hit the internet. I now wish I had bought the book. The movie seems like a cleverly sarcastic Cameron Crowe film, so of course I want to see it.

Check out the trailer at the link below, I'm interested in hearing what you guys think.
