Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich is using the set of the Vince Vaughn/Jennifer Aniston comedy The Break Up as a stage to sign legislation designed to entice movie producers. The package of incentives includes tax breaks to production companies using the Land of Lincoln for their filming and extra bonus goodies if they hire minorities for behind-the-scenes and technical work. This isn't the first time Gov. Blago has visited a movie set. Two years ago Rod was on the set of Barbershop 2, shot on the south side, to introduce a bill to - well - entice movie producers to shoot their films here. Since then it's been primarily independent movies such as Ocean's 12 and Batman Begins that have visited our fair state.
