As we reported a couple of days ago, Oliver Stone is re-cutting Alexander for its DVD release. But is he cutting out all the good gay stuff? That's what this report alludes to: apparently gay activists are up in arms about the cuts that Stoney is making. Stone has made statements regarding his remorse over the picture's reception in more conservative segments of the country, such as: "Audiences want their war films straight. From the day we opened, we did not do business in the South." Stone's reputation is not a caution one; this leads into the GLAAD critique: "For someone known as a fearless, uncompromising filmmaker, Stone has really compromised his own artistic integrity."

Should Stone cut out those hot, hot scenes  of implied lust betwixt Jared Leto and Colin Farrell? What do you think?
