I don’t quite understand all the legal hoo-ha that goes along with it, but apparently a man has filed a lawsuit against Columbia Pictures, claiming the name “STEALTH” which is also the name of a just-released movie from Columbia Pictures, belongs to him. Leo Stoller has the name trademarked for several things, including lawn sprinklers and sporting goods. If Stoller wins, I assume that means Columbia won’t be able to promote the movie via lawn sprinklers, which is unfortunate.
