Anthony Hopkins recently beat out Laurence Olivier as the greatest British actor of all time according to a poll conducted by wine maker Mouton Cadet. I assume those who voted were asked to sample the company's product first, thus resulting in a lot of drunken voting. That's the only explanation I can come up with as to why Olivier wasn't number one. I imagine many woke up the next morning remorseful: "Oh God, did I vote for Hopkins last night? What was I thinking?" Also: Judi Dench was voted best female actress.
