MunichSteven Spielberg's early Oscar contender, Munich, about the massacre at the 1972 Olympic Games, has already irritated Palestinian party planner Mohammad Daoud, not for depicting the event, per se, but for using questionable sources. "If someone really wanted to tell the truth about what happened he should talk to the people involved, people who know the truth," Daoud told Reuters by telephone from an undisclosed location in the Middle East. "Were I contacted, I would tell the truth," Daoud said. Daoud isn't the only one to have a problem with the Oscar-winning Schindler's List director recently, considering the city of Budapest was less-than-pleased to host the director during the shooting of the film, which will be released in the U.S. on December 23rd.
