I used to have this theory that when you see cheese in a cartoon, ninety-nine percent of the time it's swiss. I'm not sure why this is, other than a block of cheese filled with holes lends itself more to comedy. Well, apparently I need to pull my head out of the Tom and Jerry era cause there's a new animated comedy cheese in town, and it's called Stinking Bishop. The cheese, which is an actual real life cheese developed by a small time cheesemaker in England by the name of Charles Martell, will make its film debut in Nick Park's upcoming Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit as the ultimate challenge for stinky cheese-lovin' Wallace. Not a bad bit of publicity for a little cheese operation, but Martell is somewhat apprehensive about being overwhelmed with orders for the cheese.
