CameronPhotographer John Rutter never thought that his money-grabbing 15 minutes of fame would become 4 years of a state correctional facility. However, that is just what he got yesterday when a California judge sentenced him for his recent conviction for forging Cameron Diaz's signature on a contract. Rutter's chicanery came to light after he attempted to blackmail Diaz for $3 million to prevent the release of some topless photos of the actress that Rutter took during her hungry days over a decade ago. Diaz, who can next be seen in Curtis Hanson's In Her Shoes (opening October 7th), has yet to be sentenced for the crime against humanity that was Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.
