Not really, but the mere fact of it is surely of no small relief to Disney, who are looking for leverage in their renegotiation gambit with Pixar. The family-friendly Zathura came the closest, but even Jon Favreau's Jumanji sort-of sequel couldn't scrape together half of Chicken Little's $32 million take. Derailed, Jennifer Aniston's ultra-dark follow-up to Friends opened in third place, slightly outpacing industry expectations but by no means taking the world by storm.
