Though details from the actual, much-anticipated Dan Glickman/Bram Cohen press conference (ostensibly going on as I type) have not yet hit the web, an AP report released this afternoon suggest that the deal would block BitTorrent users from finding/exchanging pirated content. The odd thing about the report is that, if this is true, and if this is it, then besides for immunity from prosecution, there doesn't seem to be much in it for Cohen. Unless there's some kind of payout that we don't know about? More details as I get them.
