Ever walk out of a video store just knowing that the snot-faced employees were calling you names as soon as you turned your back? I used to be one of those snot-faced employees, and I can say with some shame that we probably were. But don't take my word for it: our big brothers at Joystiq got their hands on proof that certain Blockbuster employees are in the practice as well. A customer placed a pre-order for a video game and, when Blockbuster told them their desired item was out of stock, made changes to the order. When he then came into the store to pick up his merchandise, the employee accidentally gave him a reciept with a print out of some kind of comment screen. "What an idiot," it started off. You better believe the customer is filing a complaint as we speak.
