Herbert L. Strock, the director/producer of such beloved B-movie classics as The Crawling Hand, I Was A Teenage Frankenstein, and Blood of Dracula has passed away at the age of 87. He also directed the 3D film Gog, though according to IMDb only one severely damaged print of that film still exists. Strock fell into the horror/sci-fi genre when he was called upon to serve as an editor and associate producer on the 1953 film The Magnetic Monster. The producer and director of the film had a falling out and Strock took over the project. It was his first foray into the genre, though he remained uncredited in the final cut.
