Okay, I'll admit it: I've only ever watched rocker Tommy Lee in one film. Sure, the footage was a bit rough around the edges (some would say it reminded them of a home movie), but I felt his performance was top notch. Oh, and Pamela Anderson was okay too. However, Tommy is looking to be the latest rocker to jump onto the big screen in, well, a big way. (Hey man, as long as your pants stay on this time, you have my blessing.)
ThinkFilm has snatched up all North American rights to 10th & Wolf, the directorial debut from Oscar-winning Crash writer Bobby Moresco. Pic is inspired by the true story of a Marine who returns home from (insert foreign destination here), only to realize that he cannot escape his family's ties to the mob. James Marsden who, correct me if I'm wrong, might be the only actor featured in both X-Men: The Last Stand (Cyclops) and Superman Returns (Richard White), stars as said Marine. Besides Marsden and Lee, also in the film are Val Kilmer, Giovanni Ribisi, Brad Renfro, Dennis Hopper and Brian Dennehy. Damn, can I watch this one right now? No word yet on a release date.
