Here are quick updates on two Rosario Dawson flicks, straight from geek filmdom's leading lady (well, at least one of them) herself.

Like everyone else involved in upcoming project, Dawson is incredibly excited to return to Sin City under the guidance of directors Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez. She calls the first film one of the "best experiences I've ever had," and "groundbreaking," saying she can't wait for part two. Neither can we, Rosario, neither can we.

Dawson also reminded us of her own comic book project Occult Crimes Taskforce, and indicated she'd like to turn it into a movie some day -- starring herself, of course, as Sophia Oritz. Dawson was forceful and confident about the issue, saying "we're definitely doing to do the film, that's definitely going to happen." I haven't actually read any of this title, so if any of you out there in readerland have some experience with Occult Crimes Taskforce, please drop us a line and tell us your thoughts on a possible movie. It seems like another union of Dawson and comic books would have trouble being a bad thing.
