While the word is still out on whether Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan (aka I Cannot Wait Until I No Longer Have to Type That Ridiculously Long Title) will hit or miss with audiences, Sacha Baron Cohen is already hard at work on his follow-up film. Word of the new flick came after Fox announced it would debut Borat on only 800 screens (what's up with that?) before rolling it out wider once audience awareness of the film begins to heighten.
As far as Cohen's next pic goes, he will be writing and producing it alongside Jay Roach, who also served as a producer on Borat. The currently untitled film will shoot next summer and follow the same format as Borat, however Baron Cohen will create a brand new character to send out onto the streets. Of course, the description of said character is being kept under wraps right now so that no one sees him coming. Darn. No word yet on whether Larry Charles will once again step behind the camera.
Okay, so two questions for you: How much do you think Borat will gross worldwide when it's all said and done? Also, who (or what) would you like to Sacha Baron Cohen dress up as for his next film?
