Directors Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman will show the work of 'Deep Throat' porn icon Linda Lovelace on the big screen.

Only this time, it'll be in biopic form.

According to Variety, the pair will direct 'Lovelace,' a look at the controversial and tragic life of Lovelace (a.k.a Linda Boreman), who died in a car accident in 2002 after three decades as sex symbol, activist and occasional punchline.

The film will be based on Eric Danville's 2001 biography 'The Complete Linda Lovelace', which traces Boreman's transition from the world's first mainstream, adult film star to a feminist voice for the anti-porn movement.
